1. Arm's Length & band did a great job as usual, I guess I have more of an issue with the venue than the concert itself.
2. The event venue didn’t open the door until 1 hour before the start time listed on tickets, I guess they were well aware that The Chief would start at least 1 hour late, so everyone was able to get in by the 9:09 start.
3. I don’t know whose idea it was to set up the merchandise stand at one of the busiest entrances to the facility, but it made entering less than ideal.
4. My neck was very uncomfortable looking up at the big screen provided, I will not be back to attend an event at the BJCC.
